PrimeTri ("the App") is operated by Exultnet LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Training Data: The App stores your training plan, workout history, race goals, and phase settings locally on your device using SwiftData. This data is not transmitted to our servers except as described below.
Health Data: With your permission, PrimeTri reads workout data from Apple HealthKit (workout type, duration, distance). PrimeTri may also write workout session data to HealthKit. Health data is used solely to link your real workouts with your training plan and is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
AI Coach Data: When the AI Coach generates or adjusts your plan, your training context (workout history, goals, phase settings, and fitness baseline) is sent to our proxy server and forwarded to a third-party AI provider (Groq) for processing. This data is used solely to generate coaching responses and is not stored on our servers beyond the duration of the request.
Device Information: We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or analytics data from the App. Our proxy server may temporarily log IP addresses for rate limiting purposes; these logs are not retained beyond 24 hours.
All training data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data.
Groq: AI plan generation and coaching requests are processed by Groq Inc. Your training context is sent to Groq's API for processing. Groq's privacy policy is available at groq.com/privacy-policy.
Apple HealthKit: Health data access is governed by Apple's HealthKit policies. Anonymized workout metrics (type, duration, distance) imported from HealthKit may be included in the training context sent to Groq for AI coaching, but no personally identifiable information, health IDs, or user identifiers are ever transmitted. HealthKit data is never sold, shared for advertising, or used for any purpose beyond generating your training plan.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Training context is shared with Groq solely for AI processing as described above.
PrimeTri is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data. You can delete all data by deleting the App or using the "Start New Race" option in Settings.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
